Giliane Lira is the founder and director of G+Co Hair and Beauty.
A lover of all things beauty, hairdressing and empowering others to start a fulfilling career in hairstyling.
Known as ‘G’ by her friends and clients, for Giliane, it has always been about following her passion, being surrounded by her fantastic team, helping her clients fall in love with themselves, and leading a life she loves.
Here is a little bit of Giliane’s background:
G was born in beautiful Brazil and began her journey in hairdressing after growing up surrounded by her culture’s high beauty standards and watching her aunt succeed with a Beauty and Hair salon.
When Giliane moved to Australia in 2013, she started working as a Freelance Hairdresser. Not long after that, with her experience, she was able to build her team and help many other professionals with her unique skill-building techniques.
In the last 10 years, Giliane has trained many hair enthusiasts with no hairdressing training to become successful Hair Treatment Technicians. Some of them have become so passionate about our treatments’ effects on their client’s confidence that they’ve decided to continue to become fully qualified Hairdressers
Giliane has helped many others start their own business, upgrade their salon income, and get positions in great hair salons in Australia. Her primary goal is to create independent skilled professionals and high-quality salon treatment offerings. She wants to help all hair enthusiasts upskill and offer a range of hair treatments so they can bring in higher profits and have hair assistants delivering beautiful hair treatments instead of doing odd jobs around the salon.
