Cancellation Policy
- We reserve your appointment just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule that you please provide us with a minimum 24 hours notice.
- A deposit of 50% of the reserved service amount is required when booking special services.
- This way our professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate guests on our waiting list.
- We understand unavoidable issues may arise and we’ll do our best to accommodate in these instances. Last minute cancellations and no shows will incur a cancellation fee (50% of the reserved service amount). Thank you for your understanding.
